Kru Jaem, a native of Auckland born in 1987, completed his education in the Te Atatu South neighborhood, where he attended Edmonton Primary School. His educational adventures continued at Rangeview Intermediate School, where he had the chance to embark on a two-week student exchange to Singapore and Japan with a group of classmates. “It was an incredible experience,” he recalls, stressing the importance of cultural exposure for young minds.
By 2000, while studying at Rutherford High School, he began forming lasting friendships with international students, particularly from Brazil, China, and Taiwan. “I found that my cultural awareness helped my friends feel comfortable,” he explains, highlighting the value of empathy and understanding in education.
The IELTS LIVE ONLINE course is currently available in Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand, with plans to expand to Japan and South Korea soon. “We are thrilled to empower students to enhance their leadership skills,” he emphasizes.
Since 2008, Kru Jaem has earned acclaim for his innovative teaching techniques. He is trained in IELTS instruction through IDP Australia and holds a TEFL certification from the London Teacher’s Training College. His multicultural experiences and fluency in Thai allow him to connect effectively with students from various linguistic backgrounds.
Having resided in Chiang Mai, Thailand, for two decades, he pursued a Master’s in Educational Administration at Assumption University, where he recognized the necessity for native English language support. “It was actually during my studies in the Master of Applied Management at the Southern Institute of Technology in Invercargill (New Zealand) where I learnt a lot about how to effectively manage a business. After completing my research, I went full throttle,” he says.
The IELTS LIVE ONLINE program encompasses all four essential skills for the IELTS exam: Writing, Speaking, Reading, and Listening. It features live online classes and recorded sessions for flexible learning.
